Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the delivery date for online purchases or purchase date for retail purchases (i.e. pop up shops).

  • Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • Footwear must be returned in their original shoebox and placed in a shipping box.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. 

  • Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Popella Shop monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
